These directives go into effect in the Diocese of Cheyenne on July 1, 2022. Temporary exceptions will be made for Wyoming Catholic College and the Monastery of the Monks of the Most Blessed Virgin Mary of Mount Carmel in Meeteetse, WY; these exceptions will be governed by other documents. Previous norms, instructions, permissions, and customs that do not conform to the provisions of Traditionis Custodes are abrogated.
